Anti-Slavery Statement

Oasis Software Solutions Limited (OSS) is committed to driving out acts of Modern Day Slavery and Human Trafficking within its business and from within its supply chains, including sub-contractors, and partners.
OSS has a zero-tolerance approach to Modern Day Slavery and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings.
OSS acknowledges responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the organisation and with suppliers to the organisation. We expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers and other business partners. As part of the Company’s due diligence processes into slavery and human trafficking the supplier approval process will incorporate a review of the controls undertaken by the supplier.
This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees, directors, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives and business partners. We will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.
The Directors shall take responsibility for implementing this policy statement and shall provide adequate resources (training, etc.) and investment to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the organisation or supply chains.
This policy statement will be reviewed annually and published on the Company’s Knowledge Hub & Website to ensure its continuing suitability and relevance to the company activities.
This Policy considers and supports the policies, procedures and requirements documented in our Integrated Management System. The implementation and operation of this management system underlines our commitment to this policy. The Company ensures that this policy is understood and communicated to all levels within company and forms part of our induction procedure.
Our stringent HR policies and recruitment practices ensure compliance with The Modern Slavery Act 2015 and all other relevant employment legislation. Checks are in place that all employees have the right to work in the UK and we are continually reviewing our recruitment methods.

We have in place systems to:
• Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
• Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
• Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
• Protect whistle blowers.

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide awareness training to our employees who are encouraged to identify and report any potential breaches of our anti-slavery policy. We would never knowingly engage with suppliers or contractors involved in slavery or human trafficking and reserve the right to terminate our agreements with you if you are found to have engaged in these practices.
